Design Background:
The design of this product is influenced by the renowned calligraphic artistry of Sengai Gibon. Sengai served as the abbot of Shofukuji Temple, Japan's oldest Zen temple, established by Eisai Zenji, who also founded Kyoto's Kenninji Temple. In the Zen philosophy, the essence of the universe is symbolically represented through the shapes of the Circle, Triangle, and Square.
• The Circle embodies ideals such as enlightenment, strength, perfection, elegance, and a concept known as emptiness.
• The Triangle signifies a generation of energy and stands out as the most stable physical posture.
• The Square serves as a symbol for structure, balance, logic, and the principles of law and order. It encapsulates the fundamental laws of nature inherent in the physical world.
• Exploring the connection between music and the mind, music is portrayed as an emotional language, capable of personifying diverse feelings and transcending the limits of the soul. Rhythm, with its powerful impact on movement, is attributed to the rich connection between the auditory system and the motor systems in the mind.
