Why Print-on-Demand Products Are Not Refundable
Print-on-demand items are made specifically for each customer after an order is placed. Because every product is custom-produced (often based on selected size, color, and design), it can’t be returned to inventory or resold like regular retail items. For that reason, refunds are very difficult to process and are not offered for print-on-demand orders, except in cases of damage or a manufacturing error.
