By Alex Hormozi
Why do some offers attract immediate attention while others struggle—even when the underlying product is good?
In $100M Offers, entrepreneur Alex Hormozi presents a framework for increasing the perceived value of a product or service. Drawing from his business experience across service companies, ecommerce, software, and brick-and-mortar operations, he examines how pricing, positioning, delivery, bonuses, guarantees, scarcity, urgency, and naming can work together to create a more compelling offer.
This large-format, 164-page business guide is designed for entrepreneurs, sales professionals, consultants, and business owners who want to compete on value rather than price alone.

CORE FRAMEWORKS
THE VALUE EQUATION
Examine how a customer may assess an offer through four broad factors:
-
The desirability of the outcome
-
The customer’s confidence in achieving it
-
The expected time before results
-
The effort or sacrifice required
The framework encourages businesses to improve what customers receive while reducing unnecessary delay, difficulty, uncertainty, and friction.
THE DELIVERY CUBE
Explore different ways to deliver a product or service based on factors such as format, support level, access, customization, convenience, and customer participation.
This exercise can help businesses consider whether they can improve the experience, control costs, or offer multiple delivery levels.
TRIM & STACK
Review the components of an offer, remove elements that add cost without meaningful value, and combine the strongest remaining pieces into a clearer package.
SCARCITY & URGENCY
Learn how limited availability and time-sensitive decisions can influence customer action when the limits are genuine, accurately communicated, and ethically applied.
Fabricated deadlines, false inventory claims, and misleading pressure tactics may damage customer trust and could violate advertising or consumer-protection rules.
BONUSES & GUARANTEES
Consider how complementary bonuses may strengthen an offer and how carefully structured guarantees may reduce customer uncertainty.
Guarantees should be realistic, clearly written, operationally sustainable, and consistent with the seller’s actual refund and fulfillment policies.
THE MAGIC NAMING FORMULA
Explore how the language surrounding an offer can communicate its audience, purpose, outcome, timeframe, or distinguishing feature more clearly.
FROM COMMODITY TO COMPELLING OFFER
The book argues that businesses do not always need better advertising before they need a better offer. Stronger positioning can make the value easier to recognize before additional traffic, promotion, or sales pressure enters the equation.
Its practical exercises help readers reconsider what they sell, how they package it, who it serves, and why a customer might choose it over an alternative.
RESULTS & BUSINESS NOTICE
The financial results, conversion figures, and business outcomes discussed in the book reflect the author’s reported experiences. They are not typical-result claims or guarantees that another reader will achieve comparable performance.
Business results depend on the market, product quality, execution, pricing, costs, competition, customer demand, legal requirements, and many other factors. Readers should apply the concepts critically and consult qualified legal, financial, or advertising professionals where appropriate.
